In the past year as part of our EAP (Employee Assistant Programs) Lee has travelled to several mine sites to deal with major crises and trauma within the workplace.

Being on-site and making herself known to Employees and Management has helped tremendously to put a stop to the stigma amongst our FIFO workers to seek help.

Lee was called to an emergency in the Pilbara last year and by being on-site within 5 hours the impact on fellow employees was kept to a minimum.

When working on remote mine-sites regardless of the employees role Lee see’s everyone as equal and by running group workshops and offering one-on-one counselling whilst on-site she has helped keep everyone on the same page and made the work environment a more productive and safe place to be.

Lee has also been involved in running Corporate workshops within the CBD with not only EAP clients but also for some well know Perth business. She can go to your place of business or workshops can be conducted at our Centre.

Barb Pinneri joined the Lifeskills Centre Team in February 2014 as our receptionist she then became our Accounts Manager, and is now our Office Manager.

She brings with her a vast knowledge of customer service, marketing and MYOB experience.

After being a stay at home mum for many years, Barb was keen to get back to the work force and utilize her previous work experience.

Her first priority was to get all the books in order and make sure everything was correctly entered into MYOB.  Once the book keeping was sorted it was time to sort out our database and what a big job that become!

Barb’s next big challenge was to work along side her husband John in creating a new look for Lifeskills Centre. John runs his own Graphic Design Service from his home office and has been a great assistance in helping us with all our marketing and promotional materials.

John created a new look for us incorporating “Creating Life Balance” into our existing logo. We have had all new signage designed and installed at the centre as well as a major overhaul to our website.

Barb is now busily working behind the scene to make sure the Centre runs smoothly. She has also taken on all our EAP (Employee Assistant Programs) and manages the day-to-day requirements for those companies and their staff.

If you have any queries regarding your account, our EAP or Corporate workshops please don’t hesitate to speak with Barb.
