For over 15 years, Robbie has planned and delivered life skills related courses and Workplace Seminars for community groups and organisations.
Robbie believes that everyone needs something, at sometime, to help them deal with the hurdles that happen in life that often result in poor communication, frustration and low self esteem.
Course content typically includes providing a safe place for exploring strategies and gain tools to improve relationship communication, stress management, conflict resolution, self esteem and assertiveness.
The common thread between any course or seminar that Robbie delivers, whether it be community or workplace, is her enthusiasm and ability to "hit the nail on the head" with her keen understanding of issues and insightful, down to earth approach.
The course is perfect for those who have either completed the Life Skills seminar or who wish to gain positive tools to improve their assertiveness and communication skills.
During these two days you will gain insight into your own and others’ communication styles and how to apply that information and much, much more, as you are invited to explore the emotional intelligence behind being an effective communicator as well as nudge attitudes that may be stopping you from dealing effectively with situations.
As always, Robbie combines a blend of humor, activities and sound information that makes this course one you can walk away from knowing you can do things differently if you choose to.
