Life skills

Lee Pagana is a registered counsellor with a broad and successful career in the field of personal development and counselling. She has worked with people from many walks of life who are facing personal challenges be they large or small.

Lee has been involved in conducting and facilitating seminars and workshops covering such areas as Personal Development, Conflict Resolution, Motivation and Human Resources.

She has assisted many thousands of individuals and couples to take control of their lives and achieve a balance that they once thought they could not achieve. Her clients range from children and teenagers through to corporate consultants and professionals.

Lee also worked with Family and Children's Services in Esperance, Western Australia during a time when the town was going through a major crisis with suicides.

She has been invited to talk to both students and parents at some of Perth's leading private colleges.

Lee works in conjunction with a qualified psychologist and runs the highly successful 4 day Life Skills Seminar.

Her own life experience and early career in hospitality has given her a great insight into the lives of everyday people and into the rush and demands of the business world. It was this insight and the desire to contribute to the betterment of people’s lives that led her to change career path and become a life skills counsellor and facilitator. Her belief that a person’s well being is sustained by taking a holistic view of health, also led her to be a co-founder and director of Desana "Perth WA whole life centre in 2001".

It is Lee’s open and down to earth approach that encourages clients to develop life enriching skills and personal awareness to put their life and relationships into perspective.

Lee now offers her clients Conselling via Skype. For more information, please visit the 'Counselling via Skype' page, which can be seen by clicking the link below.
