Life Skills

Dr. Dorothy Lenthall is a psychologist whose expertise in problem-solving, conflict management, equity issues and the creation of a safe, positive, open and honest working environment has been invaluable to companies across Australia. She has a Doctorate in Communication and believes that unless communication is clear, positive and sincere, people’s focus may be distracted and the company may suffer a loss of productivity. She has worked with businesses in every state, helping to improve the morale, communication and motivation of people employed in organisations.

Dr. Dot Lenthall has written a book called "Don't Just Stand There, parents take action". The book explains what to do if your child is being bullied. This is an insightful book which has a lot of good advice for both the parents and the child. Dot was interviewed on the show Today Tonight, where she explained to the viewers what to do if your child is being bullied and what signs to look for.
