This may include Remedial Deep Tissue or Soft Tissue Massage with Body Balancing methods such as Cranial Sacral and Reiki, etc.
An ideal session combines both remedial and relaxation methods to enhance a longer term benefit.
A session can include one or all of the following:
Remedial Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Designed to reach problem areas, it intercepts and prevents muscle 'holding' patterns that create aches and pains, for example: neck, lower back, shoulders, etc.
Massage for Relaxation
A relaxing session that allows your body "time out" and enables you to feel rested and invigorated.
Reiki
Given through clothing, Reiki is a technique that balances the body and mind encouraging a reduction in stress that promoted overall benefit.
